Because of the extraordinary times we find ourselves in and with all the disruptions in the scheduled airline business, more and more people are considering private air travel as an option. A private plane allows businesses to continue to operate as efficiently as possible by providing flexibility of schedules and the ability to visit multiple destinations in a short time. For leisure travel, many people are finding it difficult to abide by CDC guidelines when trying to negotiate the commercial airport with its checkpoints, gates, baggage claim areas as well as the space onboard the plane. Children, pets, elderly family members and passengers needing assistance add another level of logistical challenges to the scenario.

While private jet travel may not be an economically viable alternative for a large portion of the traveling public, many who have never considered it in light of their preferred status on the airline are finding it a reasonable way to navigate through this situation in which we find ourselves.  Visiting key customers and clients, showing up to a negotiation, or personally examining a new business opportunity may quite possibly have economic benefits that far offset the cost of the plane.  As many frequent fliers and “million milers” know, there is an intrinsic value to spending more nights at home with family and friends instead of sleeping in hotels and arranging business meetings and appearances around abbreviated airline schedules.
